Designed for pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood, these classes focus on real-life nutrition that supports energy, recovery, and confidence — without perfection or overwhelm.
Topics may include:
• Postpartum nourishment and recovery
• Easy, realistic meal ideas for new parents
• Infant feeding and starting solids
• Supporting hormone health during motherhood
Classes are taught live through The New Mom School and are open to all parents in their community.
