  • Do you take insurance?
    Yes! We are in network with most insurance companies. You can check if I am in network with your insurance and estimate the cost of sessions will be for you here If you choose to pay out of pocket, we can offer you a detailed invoice (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. You'll be responsible for paying all fees upfront, and if your insurance plan covers their services, you can seek reimbursement by providing the superbill as proof of the expenses you incurred. Keep in mind that the extent of reimbursement will depend on your specific insurance policy and its coverage for dietitian services. Please contact your insurance company for more information.
  • What is the cost of sessions?
    You can schedule a free discovery call with me to determine if this is a right fit and learn how we will work together and answer any questions you may have. Sessions start at $150 per session and discounts are reflected for packages. Payment plans are available.
  • What is included in your sessions?
    Each session is about 50 minutes of 1:1 nutrition coaching that will be unique to you and your family. Included in each session is: Virtual 50 min appointment* Support between appointments Access to my HIPAA compliant messaging system that allows you to journal your progress, communicate with me between sessions, and more. Personalized nutrition plan and resources Support and accountability! Access to functional labs and personalized nutrition support if needed. Our 1:1 consultations are designed to help you achieve your life long and sustainable health goals by providing personalized roadmap to optimize your nutrition and provide ongoing support. Remember, nutrition is a cornerstone of your health and deeply ingrained in us from a young age - it requires a commitment! Consistency is key in achieving and maintaining optimal nutrition. Regular follow-up visits allow us to track progress, tweak strategies if needed, and reinforce positive changes. They also provide a platform for addressing any new concerns that might arise. *Initial sessions can run from 50-80 minutes. Follow up sessions are ~50 minutes.
